Sizes -

Any sizes quoted are approximate.

As each item is handmade, it is not possible to adjust any pieces. If materials are still available, it may be possible to make a new piece, however this may not be an exact match, due to the nature of the product.

Returns -

If your purchase is damaged, you can return the product and receive a credit note or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not, up to the value of the original purchase. Please note - return postage cost is the responsibility of the buyer returning the goods.

You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date of purchase.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

NOTE - Earrings are not covered by this Returns Policy, in the interest of hygiene.

Deliveries -

For International Shipping orders, it may not be possible to complete the purchase, please complete the Contact Form for any queries.

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost, and will typically need to be paid upon delivery - these charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
